My name is Brooke Kirschner and I have the wonderful privilege of serving the Campbell School Family in the role of Assistant Principal. While this begins my 11th year at Campbell, it is my 23rd year in education. I was a classroom teacher in Elizabeth and Green Brook, and have experience teaching grades 2, 4, and 6. I served as an elementary Math Coach in Franklin Township, which is where I began my career in school administration, serving as Supervisor of NCLB/Testing, as well as Intermediate School Vice Principal. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Rutgers University, as well as a Master of Arts in Instruction and Curriculum and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration, both from Kean University. In addition, I have attended many trainings on Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, and Character Development, and serve as co-chair of the district's Social Emotional Character Development Committee. I am an advocate for ALL students and a staunch believer in the importance of educating the "Whole Child." When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, sporting events, and the theater, as well as spending time with my husband and two sons, ages 9 and 11.
