Mr. Stike has worked in the educational field for 25 years. He began his tenure in the Metuchen School District as the Edgar Middle School Assistant Principal in August 2014. He moved to Metuchen High School in June of 2020. Prior to moving into Administration, Mr. Stike was a high school Instrumental Music and Theatre teacher in Lacey Township, NJ.
Mr. Stike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He has a Master’s of Arts in Theatre Production from Villanova University, a Master’s of Science in Educational Leadership with Principal Endorsement from the University of Scranton, and a Supervisors’ Certificate from Seton Hall University.
When he is not proudly serving the Metuchen High School community, Mr. Stike proudly serves in the Air National Guard as the First Sergeant of the 193d Special Operations Medical Group, Harrisburg PA. His duties include quality force reviews, standards and discipline, mentoring young leaders, advising Command, and serving in a variety of leadership roles throughout the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.
Mr. Stike resides in Asbury Park with his wife and two young children.
